Sand mixing machine is an indispensable equipment in the casting process, which is mainly used for mixing molded sand or core sand to ensure that the binder and auxiliary materials are evenly distributed on the surface of the sand grains, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the castings. At present, the commonly used sand mixing machine has the following categories:
Stationary double-arm sand mixer:
This equipment mainly consists of base, sand mixing tank, big arm screw conveyor and liquid material system. Both the big arm and the sand mixing tank can be rotated to ensure sufficient molding coverage area. Two liquid material pumps provide quantitative and precise resin and hardener. The flow size can be adjusted easily and accurately. The whole machine is controlled by imported PC (Programmable Controller + Programmer), with two control modes: “single action and automatic”. The machine has a compact structure, smooth operation, low noise, easy maintenance, and the compacting of sand is realized by hand or vibrating table. This equipment is suitable for molding and core making of large and medium-sized pieces, and it can also be matched with corresponding auxiliary machines to form a mechanized molding assembly line for large and medium-sized pieces.
The big arm of sand mixing machine is actually a screw conveyor with upward inclination of 15°, whose function is to support the body of sand mixing tank, and mainly to quantitatively convey dry sand to the body of sand mixing tank. The sand from the sand hopper is quantized by the quantitative gate. The conveying quantity can be decided by the opening size, which can be adjusted by the nut at the end of the cylinder.
The sand mixing tank is placed under the slewing bearing, and its drive shaft is driven by the tail motor through the coupling, the incoming sand is pushed to the sand mixing blade through the spiral blade, and sent to the sand outlet, and the sand mixing blade is equipped with wear-resistant tungsten carbide. The mixing blades are equipped with wear-resistant tungsten carbide. The blades are clamped at an angle of 45° to the drive shaft in the direction of the spiral. The liquid material system is added into the sand mixing tank through the nozzle according to the proportion, so that the sand sent out from the sand mixing tank is the molded sand or core sand that meets the usage requirements.
According to the production capacity, the stationary double-arm sand blending machine can be divided into 5-8t/h, 10-12t/h, 15t/h, 20t/h, 30t/h, 40t/h, etc., which can be reasonably configured according to the customer's actual production requirements.
Elevating sand mixer:
Elevating sand mixer can meet the different needs of customers for the height of the sand outlet, this kind of sand mixer is to increase the hydraulic station, install the hydraulic cylinder in the big arm part for elevation, which can feed sand to the sand box of various heights.
Single-arm sand mixer:
This kind of sand mixer is compared with the fixed double-arm sand mixer, which lacks the big arm part, and the sand mixing tank is directly connected with the base through the slewing support. Equipment weight is light, compact volume structure, its sand mixing time is short, no head, tail sand, clean discharge after shutdown.
Bowl type sand mixer:
Bowl sand mixer is a kind of intermittent resin sand mixer, which is different from other resin sand self-hardening sand mixers, its sand mixing work is carried out in the sphere container, that is, the two symmetrical special blades rotate at a high speed, so that the sand is a three-dimensional vortex movement in a short period of time the sand is fully mixed with the curing agent and the resin binder, to get the sand suitable for the molding process. The electric control part of the whole machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC for control, with analog screen display, safe and reliable. It has the following features:
1、Short mixing time.
2、Small dosage of resin and hardener.
3, The amount of residual sand in the body of the machine is very small.
4、For the sand which needs less quantity can also be mixed at any time.
5、Measurement of various materials is accurate, and the proportion can be easily determined at will.
6、Measurement of binder and sand, mixing time and so on are all automated.
7、The machine is lightweight and easy to maintain.
This machine is suitable for mixing self-hardening core sand and sand in foundry, it can be used alone or combined with other self-hardening sand equipment to form self-hardening sand production line.
The machine consists of feed inlet, frame part, sand mixing part, deflector blade part, sand discharge part, transmission part, liquid material part and so on.
According to the production capacity, the bowl sand mixer can be divided into 30kg/h, 50kg/h, 60kg/h, etc., which is reasonably configured according to the actual production demand of customers.
