Product Introduction
In the old sand regeneration process, cooling is a very important part, to cool down the old sand to the right temperature before reuse.
There are two kinds of cooling equipment for old sand: vibrating boiling cooling bed and sand temperature regulator.
Vibrating boiling cooling bed:
It is mainly used for sand temperature cooling and micro-powder removal after resin sand is crushed, and can be composed of resin sand regeneration line with sand block crusher, regeneration machine and necessary auxiliary equipment.
This machine mainly consists of bracket, vibrating body, boiling plate, dust cover, access door, sand inlet and adjustment door, sand inlet, sand outlet and vibrating motor and fan. The vibrating body is equipped with two vibrating motors, which are at an angle of 45° to the horizontal, so that the sand block keeps moving forward while being thrown up. The boiling plate is covered with fishscale-shaped holes, so that the air upward to blow up the sand, while avoiding the sand from entering the pressure air tank below the vibrating body. The sand inlet volume control door is used to adjust the size of sand inlet volume to ensure the cooling and separating effect of sand.
Main working principle: a large amount of low-pressure cold air is pressurized by the fan into the pressure air box, so that the pressure of the cold air and through the boiling plate on the even distribution of many holes into the dust cover and the hot old sand fully mixed, and make it boil. At the same time due to the role of the vibration motor so that the sand is constantly thrown up, down, so that the sand and air contact area is very large, the temperature of the hot sand through the heat exchange with the air down.
In addition, when the sand is boiling, the rubbing and collision between the sand blocks can also remove part of the inert chemical film on the surface of the sand, realizing the role of preliminary regeneration. The upper extractor pipe can remove the micro-powder and improve the performance of the sand.
Sand temperature regulator:
This machine is used to stabilize the performance of sand, manage the sand temperature, stabilize the molding operation and improve the quality of sand.
The main structure of this sand temperature regulator is divided into two systems, one is located in the upper part, which reduces the inlet sand temperature from 100℃ to 45℃, and the second one is located in the lower part, which cools the sand to 30℃.
It heats up the water in winter and can be used as a heater.
Sand temperature regulator consists of main part and cooling system, if not configured with chiller, it can be simplified and designed according to user's requirements.
Main working principle: the main part of sand temperature regulator consists of upper sand hopper, four groups of heat exchangers, sand flow gate and lower sand hopper, upper sand hopper is open with sand inlet and air vent, and equipped with high and low level material level meter, when the high level material level meter is full of stopping sand supply to keep the heat exchanger is always full of covered state, the heat exchanger is equipped with heat pipe, the upper three groups of heat exchangers are cooled by one group of cooling water circulation cooling, and the following two groups are cooled by mixed water circulation. The upper three groups of heat exchangers are cooled by one group of cooling water circulation and the lower two groups are cooled by mixed water circulation. Mixed water is a mixture of make-up water and cold water, which can be used without cold water when the sand temperature is not high. The cold water is obtained by cooling the water with a chiller. The lower part of the heat exchanger is equipped with a sand flow gate, which makes full use of the heat transfer area and consists of two steel plates with openings, which can make the sand fall evenly when it is opened, and the sand flow gate is driven by a cylinder. Sand flow gate that is under the sand bucket, it can make the sand flow gate down the sand concentration, the upper part of which is equipped with a material level meter, open vent, the lower part of the sand gate, when the sand discharged into the sand hopper more than the material level meter, the sand flow gate will be closed, and the upper part of the space can be left, so that the sand in the heat exchanger is discharged uniformly. The lower sand hopper can be designed on its own according to the need of volume, and the lower gate can be left uninstalled according to the need of front and rear connection.
Two kinds of cooling equipment can be configured according to the actual temperature of the customer's sand.
